Crochet Life

A Beautiful Gift

Blogging isn’t new to me.  I used to blog when Blaze was little.  I did product reviews and talked about life, food, and crocheting.  Through that adventure I met many life long friends.  They blogged too!  We pretty much all migrated to Facebook.  I guess it just seemed easier to keep up with everyday life for all of us. The friendships I made during those years have grown and those are some of the most important people I know.  One of these friends suffered from infertility due to PCOS like I did so we get each other.  It is a bond.  Recently she had a surprise in the form of a new baby coming.  I was so stinkin’ excited for her and I immediately started making baby gifts for her.  I just couldn’t help myself. I love girly stuff and never got to pink up anything lol.  I made a puffy little hat, a baby deer photo prop set, and a baby blanket.  I also bought a super cute squirrel layette.  I mean, look! It is crazy cute!

The best part is what happened a couple of days ago.  I got a box in the mail and I thought that was weird because I hadn’t ordered anything and Chris never orders anything online. I didn’t recognize the name of the sender but the box said Etsy.  I opened the box and squealed with happiness and cried a little.  I had the most beautiful, handmade kitchen utensils with the name of MY BLOG engraved on them.  They are simply gorgeous and the quality is amazing.  I am giving a shout out to the shop because the work is stunning. I have received nothing from them for linking.  I just want to share the work!  The shop is called WoodBeMine and they have all sorts of awesome products from utensils to cutting boards to coasters to wall art.  Check them out! This is what I received as a beautiful gift from my sweet friend Rachel.  I am so in love with them.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart my friend.
